📌 Position: Freelance Digital Marketer

Experience: 0–2 years (skills > degree)
Time Commitment: ~20 hours/week
Stipend/Pay: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month (based on skills & performance)

Tvaksutra is a growing brand focused on building a strong digital presence and customer base. We’re looking for a results-oriented digital marketer who can take ownership of growth through ads, SEO, and outreach.
🧠Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ads (Google / Meta preferred)
Work on SEO (on-page basics, keyword research, content suggestions)
Handle client outreach & lead generation (email / Social Media DMs / LinkedIn)
Track performance and share weekly results & insights
Suggest growth strategies based on data
Mostly work from home, but have to be present for exhibitions occasionally
✅ Requirements
Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals
Experience or strong understanding of ads + SEO
Comfortable with outreach and communication
Result-driven mindset (ROI, leads, conversions matter)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
🌟 Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Prior freelance or internship experience
Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console, Analytics
Experience working with small brands or startups
